Hi,
I'd like to change my billing cycle from monthly to yearly. I don't want to pay $13 a month, I'd like to pay whatever the yearly fee is please.
I'm on Dropbox Plus. I really need a yearly billing cycle, not monthly. How do I do this?

Do you see the same when you try from other browsers, like Walter suggested, or an incognito window?

Yes, that was a new browser; had never logged on to google chrome mobile before.
Since the issue persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance @Francis Redman
Once you do so and get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well.
