Hi. All my private files are today part of the company plan, but I want to export all my private files to my private plan - how do I do that? Can't I just change the plan for all files in one time or do I have to export all files bit by bit??? It's not clear what to do in the support helping center.....

Do you mean that your account is a member of a Business team account? If so, you can't change your plan because, technically, you don't own your account; the company does. You need the team admin to convert your account back to an individual account. It's important that they don't just remove you from the team as doing so would delete your account. If that were to happen, the team admin only has seven days to restore your account.

If you're not a member of a Business team account, then you'll need to provide more information so we'll know how best to help you.

Hi

Yes I am part of a business plan but I am also the administrator of this (so owner of it), but I need to export my private files on this plan to a private plan - I did try this BUT all my files didn't follow so I am now back to the beginning...I have now spent 5 days trying to solve this. Can you please explain to me HOW to export all my private files to a private plan (not just only share them but export them for good from the business plan) into my private plan that I will then make, thanks

You need to convert it as Rich said - and just give it time to do it.

You may need to make somebody else an Admin on the account first and also be ware that it may not move over Team Spaces etc. as they are not allowed in personal plans AND it would only move files up to the limit on the personal account
