Changing from Monthly to Annual plan through Google Play Store

Hello! I have a monthly plus membership through the Google Play store. I would like to change it to an annual membership as I assume that will save me money. However, when I go to do this through the play store, it says "this Google account does not have a subscription to your current plan." But I do, I pay for it every month. How can this be resolved please?

Hi @EmmaRoseR, have you tried accessing this link using an incognito tab on your current browser? 

 

You might need to be signed out of the account entirely, to be able to see that.
