Hi Everyone,
I changed my place of residence from USA to India and hence want my dropbox subscription to change its currency too. I let my last subscription run to an end and then downgraded my account to basic.
But I can't find any link for re-entering my new credit card details and more importantly changing my pincode so as to change the currency. ALso, the portal requires a license key which I have no idea of.
P.S. I had a 2 TB personal subscription.
You should be able to just go to www.dropbox.com/account and change your address etc. before going to www.dropbox.com/plans and choosing the new one 🙂

I am facing the same issue. I have moved from the US to India and want to change the billing currency. I have let my subscription run out, and have downgraded to a basic plan. But there is no field in the settings that allows me to enter the address or change the currency. I have also checked the billing tab in settings.
Hey @sp15, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to clarify that if your account is downgraded to the Basic plan, it's normal that you don't have any billing information showing in your account's settings.
You'll just need to upgrade to the plan you'd like using your new payment method.

When I try to enter my new payment details, it still shows the USD amount - even after entering the country and pincode. My payment is not successfully processing because it is billed in USD. Please advise.
Can you send me a screenshot of that and clarify the URL you're navigating when seeing this @sp15?
