Hey there - anyone else ever receive a random charge on the CC with the name listed in the Subject line here - DropboxIncCADCardsPro ? There is no transit # and I do not have a personal or business accout with Dropbox. It's $155 Charge! And there is no account other than my basic accout, that I have with DB.
Please help!

Hey Lusil - thanks for responding. When I click on the incognito link - it just takes me to the page where I can ask a Bot a generic question or post on a forum like this.
Is there anyone actually available to help me?
Can email work?
Sorry - this process is not easy to get hold of someone actually at DB. The charge is from Dropbox for $155.88. I will call Visa and let them know this is a bogus charge.
Hi Lusil - following up on our exchange from yesterday - is there anyone who can help me? Is this a fraudulent charge on my credit card?
In general, your technical support options depend on the account that you have and you can see your support options by going to dropbox.com/support.
However, you can submit a Help Request regarding your billing issue from an incognito window (without signing in).
Let me know how it goes, @Lindsaymorganfry.
