Hi @Jwb2178, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It shouldn't be possible to be charged more than once for the same Dropbox account, unless you somehow upgraded your plan twice.
Do you see any payments on this page? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
