I have two CC charges for the same dropbox renewal. I would like to cancel this dropbox account and get a refund for both charges.

It would be really unusual to have two charges for the same Dropbox account, so would you mind confirming the email address attached to the charges?
To do this, you can use our payment lookup tool. Does it point to the same address?
And do you have access to this Dropbox account (or accounts)?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

Yes. I used the lookup tool and it shows both charges ($119.88) are for the account for [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]. I do not have access to this account and it is not needed anymore. I have attached a picture of the CC charges below. Please advise.

The email was sent to the address associated with the Dropbox account you're reaching out from.
You should be able to see which email address that is, here.
