I need help. I can't contact support and they've just charged me out of no where.

I need a refund !! They stole $343 out of my bank account. I can't believe this.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting PayPal.

I've been back and forth with PayPal for more than a week they cannot help me and every piece of information Dropbox provides me to contact them does not work This is absolute bullcrap. And nobody else has access to my PayPal The transaction ID number that I provide they say doesn't exist. If somebody would just get in touch with me and clear this matter up that would be great but I cannot seem to get any help from anybody at Dropbox.

The steps I listed above do work, but you need to make sure that you're NOT signed in to an account, including these forums. This is why I suggest you use an Incognito or Private browsing window.
