Do all plans have access to Dropbox APIs?

Hello, can someone tell me if all the plans have access to the API of dropbox or which one I need.

I already look a the plans page but I didn't find a clear answer. I need the API cause I'm working on a project that needs to storage images with Laravel and it will make my life easier, but I'm wondering about the price and storage that comes with the plan.
