Don't Have Access To Dropbox Account To Cancel

I'm looking to cancel my dropbox professional plan that I've been paying for throughout the past year, but I cannot sign in because that account is under a work email that I no longer have access to. Any suggestions?

Since you don't have access to the account in question to cancel it from your end, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally?
