Has anyone else out there been double charge by Dropbox? Once through the website and once through Paypal which doesn't show as a payment on the account! As I have a basic account now - the support email won't even look at my query. I have cancelled all now. Outrageous!
HI @ajonathanpalmer, you would need to use an incognito or private browsing window on your browser, while you're not signed into any account, and then access this link.
If you choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info, then the appropriate team can help out.

What billing info?
Hey @ajonathanpalmer, if you follow Jay's steps, you should be prompted to fill out a form regarding your request and that form will require some info from you.
Once you provide that info and submit the request, you should receive a ticket number in your inbox.
