Dropbox Basic full even after I deleted all files

Dropbox Basic full even after I deleted all files

My Dropbox Basic used to have 9GB storage and have been working fine for a few years, until recently that it keeps showing that over 8GB being used but actually all files have been deleted permanently....  please kindly advice.

So you have nothing at all showing at www.dropbox.com/home ?

Hey @normanlee, sorry to jump in here, but could it be that you've backed up some content to Dropbox?

 

Can you navigate to this page (or click on the Backup option through the waffle button on the upper left-hand corner on your homepage) and let us know if you see any content there?
