Hello,
I am trying to renew and upgrade my Subscription but renewal efforts are continuously failing for the past 1 months. Need help immediately.

Are you upgrading via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

Hello, I chat with the support and got the first issues resolved - Renewal. Now I need to upgrade to Professional. Can you help me with that. I am getting an error message as attached.
