My dropbox plus is billed automatically through the app store . So a credit card on file expires , payment failed , a dot or two later i get notified my storage is cut back to the free plan . So i go into my wallet and update my credit card info and drop box charges 10.51 what it always does . but my plus is not restored . i’m locked from doing anything because of course i’m over the storage limit . i contact apple support end they confirm the payment went through .
How do i get my plus restored ? dropbox has no live support
goes onedrive or google drive have options for live support ? sometimes this just seems way to complicated
