Dropbox not upgraded

Hi can you please help me. I payed for my plan 12$ and my card got billed but my profile still says that i have basic plan and 2GB of storage. Why didnt my plan upgrade even when i payed for it. I tried to delete app and reinstall it but nothing changed. Can you please help me?

Did you attempt to upgrade the plan via the Dropbox site itself, or via the Dropbox mobile app?

 

According to your card statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
