Dropbox subscription renewed but not updating on my system

I am having difficulty on how to contact customer support from Dropbox because I just recently renewed my monthly subscription but my Dropbox app is not even updating. Still showing that I need to renew/ upgrade to get more space. Can someone assist me on this? Thank you!

Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site, or the mobile app directly?
 
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

Hi, I am having the same issue, subscription paid via Google Pay, but dropbox account remains as Basic instead of Plus. Can you please help?

Hi @Maggie Oong! Thanks for letting us know about this. 

 

Did you receive a receipt for your payment by Google Play? Also, if you check your bank statement, does the transaction appear as pending perhaps? 

 

Finally, is it possible that you have another Dropbox account that could have been accidentally upgraded instead?
