I am having difficulty on how to contact customer support from Dropbox because I just recently renewed my monthly subscription but my Dropbox app is not even updating. Still showing that I need to renew/ upgrade to get more space. Can someone assist me on this? Thank you!

Did you receive a receipt for your payment by Google Play? Also, if you check your bank statement, does the transaction appear as pending perhaps?
Finally, is it possible that you have another Dropbox account that could have been accidentally upgraded instead?
