Hello,
Recently my work email address due to a email hack that affected our company. My dropbox account was registered under the email that has now changed. I have created a new account under the new address however I need to cancel the billing on the other account, how can I do that without being able to verify the login code Dropbox is trying to send to that address? Can someone from the Dropbox team please respond with the solution? Thank you!
