I am trying to update my package and it's giving me a Error 500 as soon as I Confirm change after package selection. I can see the link changing to shopper but the error screen comes up. Really struggling with it and help needed.

Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you still get this error?
Also, what plan are you on at the moment?
