Hi, so I logged into Dropbox and upgraded my account for $11.99 and I received an email. I went back on the app and it’s still telling me I need to upgrade for $11.99 . Even though I’m already upgraded and the subscription shows up in my apple - subscriptions, it still says I’m not upgraded on Dropbox. I click to pay again, and it tells me I’m already subscribed and that I can manage my subscription. However, it still won’t let me use Dropbox, because it’s saying I need to upgrade because I’ve used all my storage space. Then I keep getting error messages pop up non stop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on multiple devices like my iPad and phone. I’ve cleared my cache and everything. It just charged me TWICE even though I just bought it. This seems like a scam because and you guys are ripping people off. Please don’t get under here telling me to uninstall and do this and that, I’ve already done it and it’s still not working. Dropbox is a SCAM!!
Hey @GirlGamerChas, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just wanted to point out that when you upgrade your account through Apple iTunes, the payments are managed by Apple, not Dropbox.
That being said, can you open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases' to see if that helps?

I am having this SAME exact issue. When I tried to restore purchases, I received another error code. Please help!
Hey @lynnie2703, sorry to hear about this.
Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, did you make sure that you're running the most up to date version of your device's OS and the Dropbox mobile app as well?

I am having the same issue as well and I am not able to upload anything, and it is still asking me to upgrade yet apple charged me.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to upload files to your Dropbox account, as well as one more screenshot of what you see on this page?
