I upgraded my account to plus. I keep getting an error with logging into the upgrade and to contact customer support. But because it still thinks I’m a basic subscriber I can’t email, etc. Anyone know how to contact them?

Hey @eroach23, how did you upgrade your account, directly through our website, or through the Dropbox app on your phone?
And did the payment actually go through?
