One extra member was added to my team in error today 9th November2022 ,I was charged €219.13
How do I request a refund and cancel the extra member?
Hey @Brian089, if you're already the Team's admin, then all you have to do, is log into your Dropbox account with your credentials.
You can also try contacting our Support team, either via chat or phone, since you're part of a Business Team.

I can see that Megan logged a ticket for you, and you should now be refunded for the extra license.
