Extra member added in error

One extra member was added to my team in error today 9th November2022 ,I was charged €219.13
How do I request a refund and cancel the extra member?

Hi @Brian089! Thanks for posting on the forum. 
 
As a first step, you’ll need to make sure that this extra license isn’t currently being used. If a member has already joined your team and occupied it, you can remove them with these steps. If you’ve sent them an invitation and it’s still not been accepted, you can cancel it this way instead. 
 
Once you’ve checked this, let me know and I can log a ticket for you, so that we can look into this further.

Hi Nancy thank you for your help, how do I log in as administrator account. Yes I am the administrator. sorry for my ignorance on this matter.

Hey @Brian089, if you're already the Team's admin, then all you have to do, is log into your Dropbox account with your credentials. 

 

You can also try contacting our Support team, either via chat or phone, since you're part of a Business Team.

Hi Linda, 

The request was still pending, so have cancelled the request, but the funds have left my account.

 

 transaction ID: [removed per Community Guidelines]

 

Amount of €219.83

Can you please log a ticket.

I have completed the steps as outlined, and the invation was still pending, I then cancelled that invite.
Can you log a ticket for me please.

I can see that Megan logged a ticket for you, and you should now be refunded for the extra license.
