Faceless Amateurs overcharging for mediocre product

Faceless Amateurs overcharging for mediocre product

Is anone else uncomfortable with the fact that Dropbox makes it next to near impossible to contact them.

They appear as a faceless bunch of amateurs overcharging for a very mediocre product.

They will also cut off your account without giving you ample time to update payment credentials even if you have been a customer for years.

Complete lack of customer service.

Dear Community,

is anyone else feeling uncomfortable with the fact that Dropbox makes it next to near impossible to contact them?

They appear as a faceless bunch of amateurs overcharging for a very mediocre product.

They also cut off my account without giving me ample time to update my payment credentials despite having been a customer for years.

Am so pissed off with the complete lack of customer service.

Hey @Manus1, I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't ideal, let's see what I can do here.

Keep in mind, that you can contact our Support team through chat, email, or phone depending on the kind of plan you have. Did you have any issues when doing that?

Based on your post, it sounds like your subscription was cancelled and the account was downgraded. Have you tried re-purchasing your plan from this page? How did that go?

Keep me posted, and we can take it from there!

Simple question for you Lori: what's dropbox support's e-mail address?

Oh wait,. there isn't one............hence why I reiterate that Dropbox is merely a faceless bunch of amateurs pushing an overpriced and mediocre product with no customer support whatsoever.

I left dropbox because one they did not send me an email telling me that renewal was coming up. They’ve also jacked up the price over the last couple years. I found a new service that offers 5 TB for $59 a year and has all the same features for the most part that dropbox has, including the photo uploads from your phone. When I found that I jumped on it and said goodbye to Dropbox and got a refund on my renewal it’s not worth $120 a month for 2 TB of space when I can get 5 TB for half the price. And they have a promo code. I’m not sure exactly what it is but you can find it on their website you can get your first year for like $39.
