Hello i have looked at my bank account statements for the last four months and i have a 12 dollar charge for each month that i don't know what is for and it says google dropbox. This adds up and i want to know why I'm being charged for something i don't even know about...or what it is. If i have a subscription to something from you i want it canceled immediately and i want a refund and or a explanation for my bank account being charged. My e-mail is ... i would like some answers please and thank you....

You are being charged by Google - so its them you need to speak to. 

If you have not told Google to pay for things then you need to be changing your passwords etc. and contacting back about changing card. 

Putting emails on a public forum is also not safe and a way of making frauds like this happen
