Got billed twice, then got a refund for the second payment but my subscription is not active

Hi
I had renewed my plan on yearly dropbox plus
Unfortunately I had gotten billed twice for the same
When I contacted my bank for it they reversed the additional payment back but my account subscription isn't activated even though the payment is done

Kindly help in resolving the issue

Hey @Ajinkya Pawar, thanks for reaching out to our Community.

 

You mentioned getting billed twice, but was the second payment the exact same with the first one and on the same day?

 

Is it possible that the second payment was for a different Dropbox account?

 

If you take a look at your payments page here, do you see the double payment?

 

Let me know and we'll go from there.
