Just purchased new HP computer and cannot activate one year 100GB Promo. I have had Dropbox account since 2021 through Quicken. Have you checked out this Help Center article? If not, please give it a go, and let me know how it goes.
One thing to note is that the Dropbox app must come pre-loaded on your computer, in order to redeem this promotion.

Hi Nancy, thankyou yes I did see the article. Unfortunately, when I opened the Dropbox app on starting the new laptop I was not offered the upgrade to 100Gb. Any other ideas welcome. Doug
