HP & Dropbox 100GB Upgrade Promotion

HP & Dropbox 100GB Upgrade Promotion

Hi, I have 2 issues I am hoping to solve.

1. My new HP notebook was only granted 25GB of upgraded space. I read that it should be 100GB of space. Seeking help to rectify this, thanks.

2. I absent-mindedly used my work email account to activate this free 25GB upgrade. Under my work email account, there are already many work files which are shared with other team members. I should have activated my personal email since I don't need the space for work files anyway. If I were to change the email address from my work email address to my personal email address for that account, will my work files be affected? Please advise, thanks!

Hi

I am having the same problem and am just setting up my new laptop but need to sort my dropbox as it says I'm at 2gb i am sitting now deleting everything when I should have the 100gb. I need to move some pictures from my phone to the laptop and deleting is going to take ages when I should have the 100gb.

There is no email to contact you guys apart from your help page. Please email me asap. It really is not on

Hey @dnsSWE - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify if you're using a brand new Dropbox account or an existing one?

If it's the latter, have you by any chance redeemed a similar offer in the past with the same Dropbox account?

Hi there, I am experiencing a similar problem on my HP laptop. I just clicked on the promotion for 100GB for free (for one year), created an account and logged in, and now it says I have only 2GB of space and there's no sign of the promotion any more

Would you be able to help, please?

Thanks!
