HI, How long is it acceptable to wait for a response, I have tried online chat, send an email and the issue I have I have been told they will get back to me but nothing! Very disappointing as currently on a trial that is not making me want to commit at this stage! Can anyone reassure me that this is a one off?

Sadly it is very common - as is closing tickets without them being resolved. 

 

However, flip side is that support is closed over weekends so no replies until Monday. Have you looked at www.dropbox.com/support to see what it says?

 

Or, could you post here and we can try and help?
