Please help!  I was charged just shy of $200 on a DropBox acct that I did not know was there.  Please help me cancel and get the refund

You can try contacting Support, but there are usually no refunds.

Click to order and see the money in the amount of Thai baht, 128 baht per year, think it's right, so order but the amount deducted on the card 4833 baht Very shocked because the money will not pay for the card at the end of the month. It's actually 128us. So I will ask for a refund.

If thats the pricing you have paid @aotlove you have almost certainly set Dropbox to take payments annually instead of monthly.

Excuse me? No refunds?

 

Dropbox gives people 14 days  refund policy if for whatever reason they are not satisfied.

 

Btw, if you paid through Paypal you will have to either contact them first at paypalie@dropbox.com

 

And if you are a EU citizen Dropbox is required to refund you within 30 days by EU consumer law.

No, they don't. In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions and team member licenses aren’t refundable.

 


And if you are a EU citizen Dropbox is required to refund you within 30 days by EU consumer law.

The currency mentioned here, Baht, is the currency used in Thailand, which would not be covered by the EU consumer law.
