How can I get the invoice from a deactivated account?

I have an issue with a business account that is no longer active.  I am unable to retrieve the invoice from the lookup function using the credit card reference, last 4 of the card and expiration date - it says it isn't valid. However, I am being charged for a subscription that I don't have and cannot do anything except use the chatbot since I only have a basic account now.  How to get a copy of an invoice when the account is no longer active?

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
