I recently signed up for the 30 day trail however it never gave me more space. I've searched high and low but I am unable to figure out how to cancel my trial. I've looked for a customer service number, email or chat with no luck. Any one have a contact?

Apparently both I and my wife have dropbox accounts. Please email me at Herman [email removed as per Community Guidelines] to clarify both accounts. Or if you prefer, call [phone removed as per Community Guidelines]

I want to cancel my account and go back to basic.
The instructions are too complicated. Feels like a runaround!How can I get a refund on charges that just now appeared on my bank statement, who do I need to contact?

Hi @DannyKir, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Hey @wangkai2001, sorry to jump in. 

 

In this case, I’d suggest that you open a ticket via our Support page and use the email address of the Dropbox account in question. 

 

When you’ve done this, you should receive a ticket number. Please pass this along to us, and we’ll have a look.
