How do I cancel payments for a paid account I no longer have access to?

Hi,
I'm unable to access the email account that is linked to a premium dropbox account, and although I contacted thr support email a few months ago now, I've had no response and I'm still being charged for the account I no longer have access to. How can I cancel these payments and have the account deleted? I have also emailed dropbox again today.

Did you open a ticket, or just send an email? If you opened a ticket, reply here with the ticket number.

 

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
