I am currently on a free plan. I'd like to purchase a family plan. When I try to purchase a plan I get an error that the Captcha cannot verify me. I have tried multiple times and it doesn't work.
I am unable to contact Dropbox support because I am on a free plan. I can't purchase a plan until I've contacted support. Help!
When trying to pay, the captcha test says i'm not a computer, but keeps starting again and again. I stay stuck on the test and can't get my payment fulfilled.
I can't get an access to dropbox support as I don't have a paying account yet.
How should I do ?
Have you tried clearing cache and/or using an incognito window?

Clearing the cache and exiting my vpn worked. Thank you !
