How do I transfer my deceased husbands account into my name to save my family photos

How do I transfer my deceased husbands account into my name to save my family photos

Please can someone point me in the right direction so I can transfer my late husbands account to my name so I can save all the photos of our children.

I've been going around in circles and cannot find the "create a support ticket" when i click on the hyperlink.

The fees for the account has still been debited from our joint account - so we are up to date with payments - but there is no email address for me forward through all the certificates to prove he is gone.

And i have logged onto his machine and cant change any details to my own.

Please can some help - we have two kids just turned 9 and 10 years old and all the photos from birth are on his account.

Thanking you in advance.

Hi @hemlareddy, thanks for posting.

I'm sorry for your loss and offer my condolences.

In order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
