How is Dropbox GDPR compliant?

Dropbox made a website all about how great they are with GDPR compliance and how they even hired a Data Protection Officer, yet they've effectively made it impossible for Basic Users to request their data. To request my data, I have to contact Dropbox, but unless I upgrade my account, there is no phone number or email literally anywhere for me to contact to request my data. If someone from Dropbox reads this, this is me! requesting my data! for my associated account!
