How long does a refund take

Hi 

 

Need help with refund related question. I cancelled my plan yesterday (the same day the auto renewal went off) and it said I would get a refund.

 

Any idea how long this takes / if there is something else I need to do to get a refund?

If it said you'll get one it usually takes about 5 working days or so
