I cannot for the life of me figure this out. If I go through the process of "canceling" then it sends me back to the Plan page in settings but there is clearly no option to downgrade from Professional to Plus. I just don't need the extra 1TB.

Thanks, but then will that potentially wipe out the files I need to use because it puts me at a 2gb limit? Or make them inaccessible? I pay monthly, so is the safest plan to wait until right before I'm billed, then cancel it and go to Basic, then upgrade to Plus?
