How to cancel autobilled Dropbox Plus Plan on email I no longer have access to?

Hello, 

 

I just saw my credit card statement and was auto-billed $127.37 for a Dropbox Plus plan. I no longer have access to the email associated with the Plus Plan, cannot login and do not want the plan. How do I contact someone to rectify this issue?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
