Hi @qianzhen, just to clarify: do you have access to the email address of yours, that you used, in order to submit the form or not?

hi, @Megan
I have no access to the email address of the Dropbox account
to be more clear, I pay (using my credit card) for the plan of one Dropbox account, but I have no access to the email address of that account. Now I want to cancel the plan and get refund.
thanks

I have no password for that Email address, so I still have no ticket ID
Not that email address. YOUR email address. When you submit the ticket you need to use your own email address so Dropbox can respond to you. When you open the ticket with your own email address you'll receive an email with a ticket number.
hi @Rich
as you said in the first reply, "Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums",
so when I submitted the problem, I was not signed in. So I guess Dropbox support system should not know my OWN email address
(however, when I submitted the problem, in problem description area of the submitting web page, I leave my own email address, but I guess no one have seen it)
Hi @qianzhen, when you submit a ticket on the site, while not being logged in, you get an option to enter an email in the 'Your email' field.
If you enter the email of any address you do have access to, then you should receive an email from the system.

Hi, @Jay, sorry for not reply in time.
I have repeated the procedure, but could not find the "Your email' field. I post the screen crops bellow.
In these crops, I fill the "email address associated with the account" field with my my friends account (not mine, so I have no password to check this email address), but I leave my email address in the "other detail" field (and seems no one have replied )
thanks

Thanks for the images. The issue here is that you're supposed to put your current, accessible, email in the 'email address associated with account', as that is the email address the system contacts to continue the support request.
