How to cancel my subscription, if I can't access the account?

My personal dropbox account was connected to a gmail account that no longer exists.

 

Therefore, I can't access my dropbox account files because it sends me a code to login to this old email account that no longer exists (was merged, but nothing is being forwarded).

 

Fortunately, I have most of these dropbox files in icloud, however, I'm still being charged for the old dropbox account. How do I cancel this without having to get into my old account since I'm unable to do so.

Have you responded back to the email chain, by any chance @purpletaurus

 

I'm asking, because there might be a way for us to help you with the 6-digit-security code. In any way, we'd like to try, by sending it over to the right team, for review.
