Typically the only bonus or promo space that is permanent is earned through from Referrals. All other space is usually time-limited.

In the past I saw that there were many ways to increase the space like linked your twitter, facebook, follow on twitter , joining some pages , trying some options , but now I just hope that dropbox can active those methods again to increase the space
