Hi! My card didn't have the money on it when Dropbox charge it for my subscription, is there any way I can directly pay now that I've added the money to the card or do I have to wait for them to try charging me again? I keep my money in a separate bank account and only transfer to my card when I'm goin to use it.

Hey @PatrikRoos, have a wonderful week ahead! 

 

If your account hasn't downgraded, then our system will try to charge you automatically for a few days after your renewal date. 

 

Can you check your plan page here, and let me know if you still have your subscription, or if you're using a Basic account?
