How to upgrade to professional package

Hello dears,
I was subscribed to plus package as 2TB, which became full.
Now I’m trying to subscribe to the professional to get the space of 3TB, but I have hard time doing that.

On dropbox website, the payment is rejected each time.
On dropbox app at the app store it gives me the option only to subscribe to the dropbox plus.

Any advise please about how to get the professional subscription?

I know this sounds trivial, but have you tried using a different browser to upgrade?

 

Also, since the payment method is being rejected, have you by any chance tried a different one?

The message when I try to purchases the subscription on dropbox website, is: the payment is rejected and asks me to check my payment method.
I use my payment method this to purchase other online services, so, it works finely.

That doesn't mean that it's not being blocked by your bank. You should contact you bank and tell them it's been rejected. They will be able to tell you why, or whether the rejection is happening with Dropbox or with the bank.
