I Have just bought my first HP Laptop and installed dropbox to received the free space. However Once all my windows updates finished installing i dont have the space allocation as per the promotion

HI, 

 

I have recently purchased a new HP 14s FQ series laptop. it was displayed that as part of welcome offer i will get 100GB dropbox for 12 months. after linking my existing account, i can see only 2 GB space, waited for couple of days and still the same. i can also understand many users have same issue, can anyone help here. did anyone received the 100GB space successfully. if there is no such promo why dropbox and HP wasting our time like this.

HP+Dropbox promotional offer activation problem

Hi!  I also signed up for the 100 GB promotion on my new HP computer.  I installed Dropbox and verified my email address and got a Welcome message to get started.  My profile only shows 2GB and now I am out of space.  - Please help!
