Hi there,
My Dropbox Essentials Trial is supposed to end on June 11th. I keep trying to cancel but it keeps giving me an error message. I can't even change my plan if I wanted to. Please help.
This is perfect! I am glad that we were able to confirm the cancellation of your trial plan and that it got reverted back to the Basic plan already. Hope you have a great day ahead.
@Andrevnvrn39, are you also unable to cancel your plan via a different browser/incognito mode?
