I AM SO ANNOYED WITH HOW DIFFICULT DROPBOX MAKE IT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
EVERYTIME I WOULD TRY AND LOGIN TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT IT WOULD ONLY LET ME CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ALTHOUGH THE EMAIL BELONGED TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT. SO I WAS FORCED TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND NOW I HAVE DELETED THE ACCOUNT THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME SURELY THEY WOULD PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER ?!
CAN DROP BOX CANCEL MY FLIPPING ACCOUNT NOW AND STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME !!!!!!!!

If you're still being charged for a payment, please could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system
