I have been trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription. Dropbox website said I made the purchase of it through Google Play but I can't find it on my Google account. I no longer need it and would like to cancel it.
This has become very frustrating and makes me not want to use it altogether.
Hey @Ana26, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Do you remember if you had indeed upgraded through the app store on your mobile device or via our website directly? What is shown in your plan tab at the moment?
Please note that if you purchase an upgrade for Dropbox inside of the app, the upgrade will be applied to the account you are signed into on your Dropbox mobile app at the time of the purchase.
You can view the email address of the account that you are signed into on your Dropbox app by viewing the Account page:
