My wife has joined family account and invited me but cannot join. I was trialling Dropbox plus through Apple. I cancelled free trial, got Dropbox support to manually bring my account to basic but still no joy. Any ideas
We need more info - what is the error here? Why isnt it working?

My wife invites me and I receive the invite. It takes me to a Dropbox landing page with a blue link .. join now. A message comes up It says …..an error contact the family manager for help…. This repeats no matter how many times I receive.
We have gone through all family settings and my Dropbox plus trial cancelled by Apple and Dropbox has manually taken me back to basic. All my settings are correct. I have no idea why hence my question to the community whilst also hoping Dropbox staff my see it as well.

Can you ask your wife to cancel your invite, and then send you a brand new one from scratch?

Tried different platform no difference. What I may not have mentioned is when my wife invites me with my Dropbox photo and Dropbox email account I get two invites . One to my name and email address registered to Dropbox account and a second just to my Dropbox email account. They have different interfaces to join. When I try to join invite one it says could not connect talk to family account owner. With email Two it says invalid request see support. One email sent Same address , one official one not…. Work that out. Dropbox support have spent a week trying to fix no joy
