현재 드롭박스 비즈니스를 월결제로 사용하고 있습니다.
그런데 얼마전 실수로 또 패밀리 연결제를 클릭하여 패밀리멤버회원이 되었습니다.
결국 드롭박스비즈니스멤버로도 매월 결제가 되고있고 ,패밀리멤버로도 연결제가 되었습니다.
그 이후로 로그인하면 용량이 적은 패밀리멤버로만 인식을 하고 ,용량이 무제한인 드롭박스비즈니스로는 인식이 안됩니다.
용량이 오버된다고 스마트 동기화가 되지를 않습니다.

I am currently using Dropbox Business as a monthly payment.
However, a while ago, I accidentally clicked on the family connection system again and became a family member.
In the end, even as a Dropbox Business member, I am paying monthly, and as a family member, I also have a connection system.
After that, when you log in, it is recognized only as a family member with a small capacity, and is not recognized as a Dropbox Business with unlimited capacity.
Smart sync will not work if the capacity is over.

Can you give me some additional info, since I am not entirely on the same page with you, due to the language barrier?
Do you have a hard time connecting both accounts to the desktop app? Do you maybe wish to cancel one of the two?
As for online-only files, why don't they work? Do you happen to have a Support ticket number reference, that I can check?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.
