Hello all,
First post here.
Long-time Dropbox user. I've been trying to subsribe to Dropbox Plus for 2 few days now, and the website is very buggy. The page that is supposed to show fields for credit card data entry does not appear-instead, I seem to be stuck in a loop where I am constantly being redirected to the same landing page. Tried different browsers, and the mobile website too.
Any ideas what else I can do?

Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and try one more time?
If you still get the same results, please send us a screenshot of the page you get stuck on, so that we can have a look too.

^^^^ This is the image I keep getting whenever I click on "Upgrade to Plus"...keeps redirecting to the same page.

Have you tried upgrading from this page instead? If not, give it a go.
