I can't upgrade my plan to (plus)

I can't upgrade my plan to (plus)

The current plan is full and I try to upgrade to Dropbox Plus, but the site is not responding. I see an icon at the top in red (there is a problem, the page must be refreshed or contact the support team) I need help urgently, I have business on hold for this reason

Tried a diff browser? What about clearing cache and temp internet files/cookies etc.?
